Refund policy

1. Easy Returns Within 10 Days (Unopened)

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, simply email us at support@skroyaleskin.ca and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products, as well as sale items and gift cards, are final sale and not eligible for return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
