Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: we currently do not offer pickup options.
During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!
2. Shipping Within Canada
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on orders over $150 (just select “Free Shipping” at checkout)
3. United States Shipping
We currently ship to customers across the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with delivery details. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation, please feel free to contact us.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by U.S. customs. These charges are not included at checkout and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Please note that SK Royale Skin:
- does not collect these fees at checkout,
- does not cover or reimburse these charges,
- has no control over the amount assessed.
To help avoid delays, please ensure any customs or import fees are paid upon delivery. Unpaid charges may result in the package being returned, and any related costs may apply to the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days after shipment, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.
5. Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original condition. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges.
To start a return, simply email us with your order number.
6. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
7. Final Sale
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
